Partnership Details between Change Your Strategy, LLC (CYS), AWATFIT (AWAT), and Roll Fast Media
- CYS will help AWAT get qualified franchisees via LinkedIn + Email outreach.
- CYS will help Roll Fast Media get qualified ad deals via LinkedIn + Email outreach
- AWAT will compensate CYS $1,000 per month, set up as a monthly auto-renewal. The first payment will be $2,000 and cover January and February.
- Roll Fast Media will compensate CYS $1,000 recurring per month per ad per truck.
- AWAT will compensate CYS $1,000 USD per territory sold from CYS leads, for both new & existing franchisees. Tracking can be obtained by access permissions to CYS + AWAT software.
- After 100 territories are sold, AWAT will give CYS 1% of the exit gross shares of the company.
- If for some reason the relationship is terminated by either party, AWAT agrees to continue paying CYS $1,000 USD per territory sold from CYS leads for up to 2 years. In addition, AWAT will still provide 1% of the exit gross shares if 100 territories have been sold through CYS leads. Tracking can be obtained by access permissions to CYS + AWAT software or monthly audits, whichever both parties agree to at termination.
