1. Server Backup
-Daily incremental and weekly full server backups
-Encrypted, HIPAA-conscious off-site cloud storage
-Backup recovery testing for business continuity
-Support for Windows Server and cloud-based file systems
2 On-Demand Remote Support
-Secure remote access to supported workstations and devices
-Ticketing system for support issue tracking
-Real-time Slack messaging support
-Troubleshooting of network connectivity, peripherals, email, system access, and software issues
-Includes 1 hour of remote support per month. Additional support is billed at $100/hour (30-minute minimum)
