This invoice is for $430.00 for one HAB assessment and a two-hour debrief session, payable immediately. This is the special Jack & Jill price. All pricing is in the United States dollar. Cancellation/Transfer Policy: Any amount paid for enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances after 72 hours from the time of payment, or if any portion of the HAB has been taken.
