⭐ What's involved?

• Complete and submit a Coaching Form prior to your session to provide context to your coach, so that you maximise your time together on the session

• Be provided with a recording of your session afterwards, so you can revisit and action outcomes discussed

⭐ What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

• The Coaching Bundle and individual coaching sessions are non-refundable. This is to ensure we respect everyone’s time in this process.

• However, if you need to, you can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before via the booking link. Coaches are able to reschedule 24 hours before in case anything comes up for them too.
