Many Kia/Hyundai cars have a risk of locking for a time period if the PIN number is unsuccessfully pulled from the car. To prevent this, we always order the PIN code key number before we do the job. This allows us to mitigate this risk and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Once we buy the PIN, it's non-refundable, hence why we need to take a deposit.
