Innovative Labs Inc. shall provide ABFS with a comprehensive digital marketing service package as outlined below. This agreement covers the Phase 1 services from the proposal dated [Insert Proposal Date].
1. Social Media Management
-Develop and manage a monthly content calendar
-Create and publish 4–6 custom-designed social media posts per month
-Write captions and hashtags optimized for reach and engagement
-Provide community engagement and monitoring across Facebook, Instagram, and X
-Deliver monthly reports with key performance insights and metrics
2. Email Marketing
-Build and segment the ABFS email list using signup forms, QR codes, and digital opt-ins
-Design and send 1–2 targeted email campaigns per month
-Implement automated welcome sequences
-Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
3. Website Maintenance & Content Updates
-Maintain and update the ABFS website with timely event information, including titles, descriptions, times, locations, and registration links
-Monitor and fix broken links, display issues, and technical errors
-Ensure ongoing smooth functionality and user experience
