$1,000 USD

This Agreement will begin on September 1, 2025, and continue for a
period of six (6) months, ending on February 28, 2025.
Innovative Labs Inc. agrees to provide the following services to Spa
Adagio under this Agreement:
-Posting Frequency: 3 times per week on each platform
-On-Site Visits: Once per month at Spa Adagio for video content
capture
-Video Production: Editing and branding of raw footage into
platform-optimized videos
-Captions & Hashtags: Custom-written with appropriate tags for
reach and relevance
-QR Code Creation: Custom QR codes will be provided to Regina as
needed for marketing and print materials
-Video Translations: Exploratory services will begin to assess video
translation into German
